We’re a dog training company located in Traverse City, Michigan that offers balanced dog training to best fit our clients’ lifestyles. Our goal is to provide our clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to live with and manage their dogs appropriately in a way that makes sense to the dog and to the human.
“We always had a family dog growing up but we had gotten them from breeders as a puppy and trained them right away. As I became an adult and a single woman I knew I needed to get a dog that could do everything with me. I rescued Riley at age 2 and we immediately hit it off, but slowly he was getting too comfortable with me. I was in tears one day on a walk with him and I immediately called Savannah and said HELP! She explained to me that I had rescued a teenager that had never had a parent, let alone tell them what to do and that she could help me, no problem. I dropped him off for the two week Board and Train and I picked up a brand new charming dog! He is an angel on a leash, I trust him off leash, he doesn’t care about other dogs when we are outside, and I can walk him anywhere around anyone and anything and it’s never an issue. Savannah helped Riley and I learn to communicate and understand each other. He knows what is expected of him and that makes him a happy dog and makes me a very proud and happy mom! I always pass along Savannah’s name to anyone with any dog issue. She has all the answers and she is a gentle genius.”
